Over-all great company but the Directors are brutal.

Good benefits and salaries are high.

Cons

Long hours, no work/life balance, there are many individuals at the Director level that are ineffective. Micro-managing, negative, defensive. Having the headquarters out of state slows the process down to a crawl. The company spends a ton of money on their sales teams, the national sales meetings are outrageous with bands and videos. Invest the money on all employees, not just those who attend these meetings.

The company gas good pay and benefits. The team members are friendly and the work expectations are fair. Safety is a top priority. The company is open to suggestions from all levels.

Cons

The company does not provide additional training and once you have out lived your experience they process you out.
