      Growing industry that rewards diligent work and delivering results The salary, bonuses and benefits are top 90th percentile Strong and consistent leadership and management Continuity of corporate goals and objectives through the years

      Work/life balance is my #1 challenge to avoid burn-out Constant change drives challenges in how we succeed in executing objectives Low tolerance for risk taking that fails to deliver results People work on their days off to avoid the backlog of email, vmail and workload upon return to the office

      Pros

      Friendly people creating valuable products. Relatively stable work as long as you are not in R&D. Lots of room to move around within the organization.

      Cons

      Most of the work is spent navigating internal procedures and trying to understand how to meet internal requirements. No one stays in a position long enough to truly understand how to do what needs to be done.
