      1. Interesting work making vital health care products. Latitude to run shift your way. 2. Good benefits and bonus.

      Cons

      1. Working periodic weekend shifts (12 hours each day, 24 total) for no extra pay or comp time. Same applies to all overtime, which is frequent. 2. Management working in opposition to one another. 3. When interviewing, I was told that there are many opportunities for advancement. After a couple years, I asked about advancement opportunities and was told to seek elsewhere for that. So I did and quit.
