      Very intense company, strong corporate image, higligth portefolio, multinacional pharmaceutical were many want to be. Deliver inovative medical device solutions for daycare health professionals. Excelent training programs.

      Cons

      High rolement on HR department. Compliance not so efective, ombudsman less efective. Management focus primarily on stakeholders for rapid revenue.

      slow growth, always has high turn over, lay offs always occur near bonus time for big shots , Health insurance is expense and is horrible
