Cons
There is no work/life balance. The company expects you to work 24/7. Morale is very low due to offshoring all of operations to India, Chekoslyvakia, and Costa Rica. More than 200 employees will be out of jobs by December, or sooner, and more in February. Sales force has no idea of what is going on at Corporate in Mansfield and is very abusive to the Customer Service Employees, who have NO control over what is happening. there are no incentive perks to keep quality people until the termination dates they have been given. Company treats you like you Owe Them. Managers and Directors communicate nothing, just stay in their offices with their doors closed. Employees picked to stay for now, were picked by favorites at Director level, not for performance or attendance
