      Benefits, there are opportunities to change position. With the right manager there is opportunity to grow and have a good work/life balance

      There is sometimes lack of engagement from the management and sometimes not the right and skilled people get the position

      This company is constantly changing so there is always very good opportunity to move around. They also are pretty clear on expectations and reward those who perform.

      Cons

      There can be a fearful culture for those who are higher up since they do make a lot of changes that can affect careers without a lot of notice but these should be clear to anyone at that level paying attention. This is any large company.
