Pros
The benefits are OK. There is also a gym that employees can have access to for a monthly fee. Pay is OK at best. It’s a job and close to home.
Cons
Promotions are hard to come by. No Work/life balance ever! Family is expected to take back seat to management needs. Sensitivity is lacking as well from management. Management focused on Cost Savings and Service thus quality and safety fall short. Too many programs / initiatives to manage.
