Pros

The people that are "working bees" are intelligent and competent,

Cons

Management does not know what each Employee needs to be able to perform their job duties. Management is focused on "looking good" and in order to do so, they have the habit of "pointing fingers" at the staff in order to "excuse" their lack of knowledge when giving confused and wrong instructions. The project management Team is inexperience and does not know how to manage timelines and deliverables. They like to cut-corners in order to meet deadlines and get their "bonus" even if it means to get things done without following regulations. Managers are inexperience and only look at doing things "my way" because is the only way I know how to do it. Their ideal employee is a Caucasian Female that only does what is told without thinking of the consequences for the Team, Customers and Patients. HR Team lacks of knowledge of the minimal industry standards when dealing with claims and complaints, they just "look the other way".

Pros

cant say I have any

Cons

Leadership at RMS GBU is a joke, all friends of friends, incompetent, and inept. They hold value- added employees back and promote or bring on board totally incompetent employees so that they can remain in power-its a leadership of instability, misinformation, chaos and resource shortages and changes constantly. They are unethical, quality is last, they are clueless about making an organic, clinically relevant products, they cannot get any product through development. It is a revolving door, more good employees leaving than ones coming in. Don't tell them the truth, you'll be fired for not being a team player. Recruitment lies to you, they will take forever to bring you in, and management will make promises that they have no intention to keep. there is no review of your performance, competencies or contributions, no investment in employee training/education, no rationale for bonus structure or merit increases (if you get any). Currently laying off to centralize and remove those that "disrupt" the exec leadership by talking straight about the issues. Don't bother coming to RMS, look to EbD or Supplies (Pharma is being sold and imaging soon to go too). Overall, it may get better, but your better off trying to make a difference in a smaller company that welcomes your expertise. Why are more and more Medical companies putting the patient last and the $$ first? If they can get away with cutting corners and hiding things they will. Look elsewhere, SERIOUSLY

Cons

Politics some groups work extremely long hours while others take it easy Not easy to advance, unless you are good friends with the inner circle Too much talk about innovation, but its only words capable people are not rewarded or shown appreciation Yearly bonuses are small, and no stock options for professional level. Need to be director and above. Too much red tape Process is very slow and cumbersome Management does not understand the processes and is short sighted
