Great way to learn more about what you can do in your city or around the area. A great way to learn about traveling. Lots of conflict resolution and customer service training,

Cons

Management can be unforgiving and not flexible with schedule. Most front office managers will be understanding, it is the higher-ups that are not. Lack of acknowledgment and reward for your hard work and dedication.
