GM and Asst. GM (they are the epitome of the Marriott standard!) and other staff great to work with. For the most part, flexible schedules. Employee discounts. Free food.

Cons

“Executive Chef”/Manager holds no one accountable for excessive call ins or leaving shifts early. He is unable to handle stress professionally and resorts to throwing pots and pans, kicking boxes, cursing. If you are not part of his favorites you can be sure he is talking about his employees behind their backs. Makes inappropriate jokes (vulgar and sexual) about employees and/or hits on them.
