-In my time, caring staff members in all departments that enjoy making the day great for everyone -Three different types of bonuses available. Nearly unheard of in this work bracket!

Cons

To truly be a dream job, pay needs to be higher. However, it is suitable for the nature of work (non-degree, entry-level) and Courtyard is most definitely the best in the area when it comes to fair compensation.
