Seriously Nothing! Not even the salary is good for a night shift.

Cons

-They steal you money that you deserve during your notice -Night shifts ALONE without any manager in the shift. -Many daily overtimes for ridiculous reasons like "let me smoke for 30min" -Many porterages that wasn't in the contract and you don't get paid for that. -They always wanted to take you back your holidays despite you already booked tickets and make plans. -A lot of cleaning duties -And of course when you are going to leave bosses threat you that you won't get paid and they don't pay you finally your notice period
