They take care of their employees. Real family feel and opportunities to grow.

Cons

To be honest I do not have any cons. As far as how the whole of Courtyard is run it is very professional and takes care of their associates. They might be some bad managers out their but my specific hotel the Courtyard Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas has a phenomenal managerial staff.

Where to start... Horrible untrained and unprofessional MGMT. Forth one in 3+ yrs!! The kitchen and bistro have completely let go. Mgmt has no idea and doesn't want to learn to make a latte! Employees show up when they want and do what they want. Stock over orders are anybody guess. Throw away is in the $100'S A WEEK! And have won't pay anyone to take charge! It's nuts!! Don't get me started on the hire ons! I give up! The pay 9.25 hr. After 3+ yrs.. new hires... They make whatever I've worked up to! Yeah... Most don't last or the show up sometimes... WITH NO REPROCUTIONS!! Much.. no pride
