Depending on which unit you're working in, it is relatively simple. When situations arise, the team will always be there to help you. Best for situations where you just need a stable income for a while.

Cons

The high employee turnover due to hard work and bad pay. Having to deal w/ rude/dirty customers and petty coworkers make the job unbearable at times. There is not much room for growth. Since the employee turnover is high, they try to keep you in the same position.
