The management in my establishment is absolutely superb. Everyone that has trained me and taught me the ebb and flow of my job is amazing and are some of the best people I have ever worked with. I was scared of the service industry because I have never had any experience with it before, but I was quickly reassured and shown that it is a very humbling and rewarding experience.

Cons

There isn't a single con I can think of involving this job, if I am being completely honest.

The courtyard by Marriott has one of the best staffs, it has a very nice atmosphere and the guest that come here are very nice and respectful.

Cons

To say the least I don't believe that there are any bad reasons why to work here everything is very positive.
