Great benefits. Great holiday parties and gifts. Awesome discounts for all sister hotels all over the world. Growth potential if you're willing to be at their complete disposal.

Cons

Management consistently left staff to deal with overwhelming busy nights. We were often under staffed. The pay was low especially for the multiple roles that a single employee had to play.
