I truly enjoyed working at the courtyard outside of Boston. My supervisor for very pleasant and supportive. A true team environment. The restaurant inside the hotel was delicious and you can’t beat a Starbucks in the building!

Cons

One downside was a bit of lack of communication between the staff that did events. They typically worked Monday-Friday 9-5 and many event were outside of those hours. The emails we received about the events often lacked detail and we were left with frustrated costumers.

-Boss does not know how to make a schedule -problems in the hotel that are not addressed -boss took away tips -three managers left because of boss
