Pros
- Company's recruiting process was very smooth, staff was very communicative regarding status of each candidate and whether they'd be moving forward. - The company had a great selection of benefits for their full time employees - Helped me in gaining a lot of desk and audit experience - Company promotes internally so moving up in position and making a career out of the job is a very real possibility
Cons
- Each hotel is governed by the managerial staff at their location, so the way things such as scheduling, the interview process, and payroll accuracy was disorganized and unreliable. There were times all of my hours weren't logged properly, and scheduling was inflexible and the request off process was disorganized.
