      Pros

      Has a good mix of ethnicities and is open to remote work. Room to grow.

      Cons

      Unethical business and no work life balance for low pay. Their turn around on employment is ridiculous.

      Pros

      Good salary, nice new offices and great persons to work with, also had the fortune of having one of the best bosses/project managers I’ve had in my career.

      Cons

      No career path, if you are a developer you have a feeling of being stuck in your career. Also, the new middle management seems like they don’t believe (or understand?) the benefits of agile, so you are stuck working in waterfall disguised as scrum
