Old school - and unfortunately becoming a "baby BV"... without success
Pros
Entry salary can be good, you'd better negotiate it very wisely, the management is so tightfisted afterwards (even in case of good performance), and behaves with bad faith and pettiness regarding dollars and any other benefits (bonus, training, working conditions, etc)...
Cons
Mediocre culture: focus on finance, no genuine caring for people Very old school organization (from the 70's ? ; 80's ?) Strong gaps between Company values and reality (starting from the CEO) No strategy, no vision, ad-hoc supervision Weak and "robotic" CEO, dim and too centralized leadership (very basic "command and control" style), poor communication leading to weak engagement from staff Lots of politics and hidden agendas (starting from CEO + courtship) No innovation (copy / paste from Bureau Veritas) Young and cold CEO, not experienced, not inspiring and not trustful
