      There are no pros to consider for working with this company.

      Joining this company was by far the worst decision of my career. The management is egoistic & unprofessional. This company is not prepared for the IT industry at least in India. Once you inform them that you would like to exit the company, they will try to make your life harder & say the most demeaning words to destroy your confidence. The management does not understand the expectation & the decision of their employees instead they will tell you that you have disappointed them by deciding to resign from the role & the company
