      Company is Good, but the Management

      Cons

      I have been working at Cotecna (Sri Lanka) since JAnuary 2019. The Management has not given me statutory documents (Required by country labour law) and I made a complain to Compliance division of Cotecna. But, yet no action had been taken by them.

      Has a good mix of ethnicities and is open to remote work. Room to grow.

      Cons

      Unethical business and no work life balance for low pay. Their turn around on employment is ridiculous.
