Pros

The benefit package for full-time employees is pretty good.

Cons

The "culture" is terrible, and HR is useless. Reports of harassment and discrimination are shut down, and retaliation against employees who raise concerns about both physical and emotional safety is a serious problem that is ignored and often perpetuated by higher ups. They tend to over-hire to just turn around and layoff within 6 months and promotions are given based on friendship and favoritism. Everyone working there knows and agrees that this is a huge problem yet no improvements are ever made. Raises and promotions are given on a scaled system called "forced ranking" (similar to curving grades in college) that even Forbes magazine has criticized as unethical, as it requires a certain percentage of people to "fail" to pay for the raises of those who "pass."
