      Good compensation but limited opportunities for growth.

      Good salaries and overall benefits for scientists in the agricultural business. Going through reorganization after merge may have opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Lack of professional development plan for all employees. As a stand alone agricultural business job stability may be compromised.
