      Pros

      Lots of great colleagues. Great purpose, and definitely positioned for lots of opportunity within agriculture.

      Cons

      Very overworked population. High stress to meet unrealistic numbers. Not inclusive (some departments are better than most). No employee development processes and most employee benefits are outsourced to very low cost providers, meaning that is exactly what you get. They have taken to hiring external for many opportunities, which degrades trust among employees.

      - Lack of communication and transparency - Still using too many heritage company processes - Lack of resources for most functions - Cumbersome processes

      You really got to fight for buy in if you need resources or money thrown at something to solve a problem, which is fine. But sometimes, the person(s) you need to persuade prefer staying still or kicking it down the road until the idea is forgotten or dies.
