      Excellent company to work for, with a good environment among employees and with great potential for personal and professional development.

      Cons

      As a new company, created through the merge between Dow and DuPont crop protection business, many policies, processes and procedures are being revised and / or still need to be created and this leads to some types of delays in solving routine problems.

      Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Worst HR i have ever experienced. Highly biased and favoritism oriented. Micromanagement by top Executive makes it difficult to work and increased stress level. Favoritism at every level and high level of gender discrimination in compensation benefits and even behavioral issues with management. HR is not less than Police and this policing effects employee productivity.
