Pros
Decent pay, stable job Work life balance is great
Cons
Definitely a job and not a career for PhD scientists. There isn’t a career ladder with changing responsibility as you advance. You’ll do the same job you did as a new hire after bing there for 25 years. Large very hierarchical organizations with 200+ people of which 5-15 people have careers and gain responsibility over time. Many of the people in R&D seem depressed and angry - morale is very low and no one is doing anything to change it It’s very difficult to find another job after working here - you’ll not have much to show on your resume for your time at Corteva
