      The salaries should be higher Promotions take a lot of years for a small wage salary The awards should be more frequent . The new shine system ( points redeemable ) is not worth at all

      Great local staff and local project teams.

      Cons

      National management needs to worry less about top down managment and pay attention to what those in the field are telling them. Divisional work group silos still exist and not enough effort being put into unifying teams with responsibility and workload. Post merger has limited budget flexibility that is halting capital projects that need to be built and completed.
