      Pros

      The CEO is in the rare category of executive management that really seems to care about his people. Awesome PTO, 40 hours to care for family members aside from FMLA. Environmentally and safety conscientious. Great assortment of employee resource groups. Took good care of the employees during covid

      Insurance isn't the greatest, although it is affordable

      Pros

      Company is the result of Dow + DuPont merger. Company has a clear vision of its desire to be a market leader. Corteva is more aggressive than DuPont was, and more decisive. In particular, liked the expanded scope of focus from agricultural distributor to producers (farmers) and consumers (all of us eaters).

      Cons

      Company continues to 'stream-line' operations, which results sometimes in unexpected cuts. Company is poised to take off, but has not yet broken past all of the limits of the parent companies.
