      Pros

      The pay is great. Paid for On call hours, mandatory 2 days on call on your 4 days off, 6 hours of pay for on call day. Easy to work with your schedule to request days off or switch shifts. Daily tasks aren't overly demanding.

      Cons

      Emergency situations are hectic and could possibly lose your job over them. Big separation between upper management and operations.
