      1 Good culture 2 Employee centric at their level best 3 Opportunities within the company 4 Transportation 5 well paid even during pandemic

      Cons

      ONLY one thing...... Some departments have heavy work load, management should consider to increase FT count.

      Pros

      care a lot for safety and health of employees, have I am ok drills every 72 hrs started since april 2020, everything is great- even the work environment.

      Cons

      when there is huge workload mostly during nov-dec, they don't care about all that's mentioned in pros. they make you work for 12 hrs a day, no shift benefits, no overtime, even when you work for saturdays and sundays.
