Business Outlook
Pros
Decent benefits (I would say pretty much the standard across corps of this size) Choice time (or vacation) is beyond good. Honestly this is the largest pro in my opinion.
Cons
The support amongst the departments is completely one-sided. If you are in a field-based position, you get all the benefits of going home early, working from home, etc. If you are plant-based, you pretty much are at the whim of having to be there even though there were plenty of days in the wintertime that some of the employees there could have worked from home.
