      Pros

      Pay is competitive with the coasts. Coworkers are friendly people. Good maternity/paternity leave benefit.

      Cons

      Constant leadership changes and leadership is not open to any feedback or suggestions. No professional development. No one trusts the leadership as they've shown to not care about the people. Collaboration and breakdowns in communication between departments has caused catastrophic project issues that are easily avoided. Complete removal of DEI and all support of the people they hired under diversity initiatives, if you're a straight, white, republican male you'll excel here.
