      Some parts and locations has great culture and great people to work with. Especially if you are in sales and new in your career.

      Cons

      Leadership mainly run by sub intelligent folks from one side of the business. The company made absurd and disastrous changes and job cuts since its spinoff from Dow and DuPont. Leadership lack quality

      Good benefits, good amount of vacation.

      Cons

      Culture has really gotten bad over the past few years. Numerous people in leadership along with HR do not look out for employees, and in many cases misrepresent facts bordering on outright lying.
