Knowledgeable employees who care about doing their jobs well

Cons

Bad management, they micromanage good employees. Upper management does not care about the well being of their employees. New management has run off experienced and tenured employees.

Pay, Culter, Diversity, Benefits, Support Programs, Growth Support, Personal Development, Health & Fitness Programs, Discounts, Employee appreciation programs, Celebrations, Training Programs, Flexible schedules, Multi country offices, Bonus Programs, Leadership values its people as their most important asset, Corpay is constantly investing in its workforce. Autonomy for self-reflection and testing ideas, and much more than I could state here.

Cons

Complexity of certain unique matters - you have to learn to take matters with your own hands and go figure it out yourself sometimes. No tap on shoulder approach, you have to be bold and get after it to earn it. Big titles are given to short-lifespan non-loyal new hires as opposed to tenured, tested, and proven internal Managers.
