Good benefits and flexible time off. Fair vision plan. The team I worked with was like a family. Hard working and always getting our jobs done with little to no dependency on management.

Cons

401k match up to 4% however, you only receive 1%. It takes an act of congress to get HR to reply. Pay raises are a forced bell curve. If you go out on disability and have insurance the company should pay their employee an recoup from the insurance co. But, no they make their employee go for weeks without pay.

Cons

Leadership beats to the beat of their own drums. Representatives should go about their jobs and not try to rock or embellish the boat. If this is accepted then work/personal life balance is good. No educational benefits
