      Pros

      This company does a lot for it's employees. Management will work with you to reach your career goals and they truly promote from within in most cases.

      Cons

      Some stress comes with the job like any job. The pay is not the best out there but the pros outweigh the cons by far

      None at all. No exaggeration.

      Cons

      This company severely underpays employees. Since leaving there I have doubled my salary. Leadership is out of touch and has an elitist attitude. The praise for Directors who are nasty and ethically offensive is appalling. One of the people I worked for was an alcoholic and very nasty to everyone she interacted with. Anyone who comes to this site and says this is a wonderful place has been directed to do so to fool people.
