      - Pace of change is slowed by corporate IT and budget constraints - Over complicated pricing and product strategy. - Training opportunities are average - Lack of investment in local IT (Very constrained when asking for new hardware and software) - Change management not fully engaged with operational / delivery teams - Not enough leadership to align the business momentum.

      Fleetcor cares about its employees and seek to create a career path for all employees. They encourage you to reach your potential. There are many different departments within Fleetcor, if you would like to try something different to what your used to doing, there's plenty of scope within the business to do this.

      Cons

      Fleetcor use temps to fill in, this causes a high turn over and can effect how a team gels. Inter department communications could be more effective, and knowing how well the departments are doing to contribute to the success of the business could be more frequent.
