      Pros

      The only pro is that if you work there you have health care. Frankly that is the only pro. Location is ok as well.

      Cons

      Everything. The company does not respect their sales/account managers. It is a modern day plantation. The pay is horrible compared to competitors about 40% below the national average. No transparency. Employees have no input on what they need to be successful nor are you provided the tools. Bottom line it is a sweatshop and you will not be appreciated for your hard work. Run.

      Great people, offices. Off-site meetings.

      Cons

      Was a great company before they went public. After the IPO, they only cared about there shareholders and not their people. Management played favorites.

      Pros are: 1. Great company culture. They really try hard to make their employees feel appreciated. Awesome company sponsored events. 2. Amazing health benefits. 3. A lot of opportunities for growth and promotion.

      Cons

      1. They do not do any educational reimbursements. 2. The organizational structure changes very frequently. 3. Accrued vacation time does not roll over to the next year.
