      Pros

      I love the work I do and enjoy my fellow employees. No politicking, people focus on solving customer opportunities.

      Cons

      This company desperately needs to extend employee benefits, especially in an environment where the CEO's pay is way out of line with the rest of the employee base. The 401K program offers a poor match, no stock purchase or stock option programs, and generally no talent management.
