      Pros

      The only pros are the co-workers are nice people to work with.

      Cons

      This company steals from both their employees and their customers. They hold customer payments so they can charge huge late fees and than customer service and sales deal with the fall out. This company practices who you know and not what you know as far as advancement goes. If you are part of the in crowd you can do whatever you want and get away with it.

      Pros

      The people and executives in NAT are great, top notch leadership. Also Comdata/Fleetcor is great industry leader to work for.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons to list. I am happy. Maybe not the most “fun” industry to work in, but a secure one. Trucking will always be around.

      Pros

      Good pay and managers are cool they try to help out a lot. Also you get bonuses and are eligible for raises. Paid holidays off and pto sick time and vacation time. 401k plan

      Cons

      Sales reps must work with customer service reps to get certain things done for a customer. There are certain customer service reps who have nasty attitudes and act like they don't want to do their job. They get attitudes when you ask them to do something for your customer.
