Pros
It's a job. People SEEM to be nice. You get a salary and commission check...MAYBE. They're known to not pay people right. Working at the corporate office is way better.
Cons
They play the favoritism game. Nothing but a bunch of criminals at this job who rip off customers everyday. Lawsuits up and down the Mississippi River for not paying people they're money. They keep people on that do the same thing another person gets fires for. Management is dirty. They are grimey and will do whatever for a buck. They'll smile in your face but they are sneaky. Don't pay for overtime. They generate leads that are already existing customers but their policy says you can't sell to existing customers. Doesn't make sense. Managememt will try and make you do dirty things to get ahead in the company. Make sure if you invest in the company you get your money.
