Pros

It feels amazing when you leave

Cons

Ratings on here were so low that managers were compelled by HR to write reviews. It is also very apparent that HR wrote many reviews.... This is typical of the mindset- instead of fixing the discontent, cover it up. The VP level management is incompetent and impotent to make a decision. They are typically just whips and the beatings get worse every level you go down.

Toxic and depressing

Pros

Excellent benefits package by UK standards. Work with a great team all be it small. Some exceptional people within the business - but they need to escape before their sounds die!

Cons

Everyone is miserable and looking for a way out - not very motivating. Soul destroying environment - gloomy and depressing offices Senior exec team want the moon on a stick and don’t care who they run ragged to get it! No understanding from upper management on what it actually takes to get things done, too much focus on stupid deadlines. Absent upper management - always in London office or holding ‘leadership meetings’....get closer to the people actually killing themselves working for you. No career progression

We’re trying our hardest to change the office environment; we are currently in the midst of a refurbishment in our Walsall office, our Swindon office has a brand new kitchen and Ipswich is relocating to a newer building. We launched our ‘Your Voice’ engagement survey and we have started to share our results. We’re using this to ensure that we capture all the areas for development within the business with the intention of improving the overall employee experience. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate your feedback! Right now, we currently have our ‘Living the Values’ recognition scheme, where if you are nominated, you’ll receive a LovetoShop voucher to spend at many high street stores. If you are a member of Vitality, you have a chance every month to win tickets to all the top sporting events such as football, rugby and cricket. Also, as a FLEETCOR employee in the UK, you have access to the employee benefit platform ‘Perkbox’. Here you can find some amazing discounts including sports events, concerts and theatre shows. However, we are working on a revised recognition scheme that appeals to all of our employees, so watch this space! As part of improving our employee experience, we have recently launched a number of initiatives around wellbeing including some lunch and learn sessions in order for employees to lead a healthier lifestyle.
