We’re trying our hardest to change the office environment; we are currently in the midst of a refurbishment in our Walsall office, our Swindon office has a brand new kitchen and Ipswich is relocating to a newer building. We launched our ‘Your Voice’ engagement survey and we have started to share our results. We’re using this to ensure that we capture all the areas for development within the business with the intention of improving the overall employee experience. However, we are working on a revised recognition scheme that appeals to all of our employees, so watch this space! As part of improving our employee experience, we have recently launched a number of initiatives around wellbeing including some lunch and learn sessions in order for employees to lead a healthier lifestyle.
