      Pros

      Pay is not bad, people are kind and not giving people too much pressure.

      Cons

      After the virus, we can all see staying at home does not create difficulties for actual work. Can we WFH even after the virus maybe just from one day a week first.

      Public company with the desire to grow. Stability is key for me and my job has always felt secure and needed.

      Cons

      All the growth has outgrown some systems. Extra work is needed due to not upgrading.

      Turnover, Bad Ethics

      Pros

      Great M-F schedule with lunch and breaks. Immediate managers are awesome.

      Cons

      Company seems to lack ethics and prey on hotels to keep clients happy. High amount of turnover but little opportunity to move up. Terrible pay.
