Pros

Fleetcor has blown me away by putting their employees first, especially throughout COVID-19. They made PPE for every single employee, and sent them to our homes. They are taking our health seriously, and I feel fortunate to work for this company.

Cons

There are times where communication is slower, but it is improving.

I never realized what a great company I work for until the Pandemic hit. My company has done a great job providing essential tools for us to work from home. Like tips on working remotely and how to manage your anxiety and stress.

I don't have any downsides to report

Safe and friendly work environment, flexible scheduling, and Fleetcor often hosts events to appreciate it's employees.

Cons

There can be communication problems between departments which can sometimes make it a unorganized place to work.
