      family oriented, bonus, great team work, awesome benefits, love my job overall, a new and great experience. I've learned tons of things.

      Pros

      When they aren't being petty and playing with your money, you may make alot.

      Cons

      Micromangement, lack of leadership, poor comunication, little to no concern for the employees. Even when you do your job correctly, you get nitpicked with. A LOT of favoritism. To be honest, the whole company feels like a scam. I'd hate to be on the other end of the phone when we call.
