Pros

They are employee-focused and honestly concerned about our well being. The amount of time and resources that are available has been a huge relief. Which also means they care greatly about their customers. I enjoy being part of Fleetcorp and love helping our customers every day.

Cons

I honestly don't have any downside at this point. They have done a great job of helping everyone move to a remort workforce and ensuring our safety. Communication has been great.

Pros

Decent benefits, fair pay and opportunity for growth.

Cons

Sometimes the one size fits all approach discourages entrepreneurship. PTO is "okay", at best. Employees are not allowed to take time without pay or buy additional days off. This rigid approach means employees will work when sick rather than taking care of themselves. Also the Fleetcor value of "do more with less", has the unintended consequence of overworking certain people or teams.

Pros

This company offers a lot of benefits of course for a price. Weekly email updates regarding the company policies and new information which keeps us employees in the loop for most things, more importantly Covid.

Cons

Communication regarding changes and issues. This company has a hard time with responding to difficult questions from their employees. Certain programs that were offered in the beginning are no longer available or not mentioned anymore. Our time off balances have been switched multiple times without explanation.
