The company moral is HORRIBLE. The work place talk is very low grade. Management review is unsupportive … they don’t care about employees they only want DIALS. It’s already sad to say that people are digging each other and keeping people on staff due to $ even though they are moving against company policy.

decent base pay with decent benefits.

Cons

lack of employee empathy. sales are all that matters, constant pressure to hit goals with no excuses or acknowledgment of employee hurdles. Management was very rude and demotivating , would not recommend this company to my Dog
