Below average pay No work/life balance for those in leadership roles Constant ask for people to do more with no incentive/employee recognition programs No real interest in retaining good people/increasing wages, which means you can’t enforce high standards when interviewing/hiring people 401K only has a 1% match Very limited on advancement opportunities after mid-level.
