      Pros

      Work from home, co-workers all over the world bring an unmatched dynamic for a larger worldly view that most others will never get to experience. Schedule is one of my favorite things with the company, in addition to the management team.

      Cons

      For such a large company that continue to expand and buy out other companies, it is on the low spectrum for pay and benefits when compared to other companies in it's industry, especially for the work that you do.

      Decent pay. Benefits were ok.

      Where to start? If you enjoy politics, this is the place for you. Employees are completely expendable. If the CTO doesn’t get his way, he acts like a petulant child. He will shake and cuss and act like a brat. Really, I couldn’t think of a better person for that position. Grow up Fleetcor!
